Bus transport will be provided by SGDF between Singapore - Kulai - Singapore. Tentative itinerary:

Depart Singapore : Saturday 12 December 2009
Return Singapore : Monday 14 December 2009

Transport will only be strictly for SGDF members and their club affiliate members. SGDF members are strongly encouraged to participate.

Closing date for entries : Saturday 21 November 2009

The categories of events are as follows:

DEMONSTRATORS
Latin demonstration by STEFANO CECCARELLI & DEBORA PAPI (Italy), the 2009 Coppa Italia Final Amateur Latin Champions, and also FIDS Lazio Regional Championships Amateur Latin Champions.

ADJUDICATORS
A panel of renown international adjudicators.

MEDALS, CERTIFICATES AND PRIZES
Medals will be awarded to the first 3 placing for each event, and certificates will be given to all finalists.

NOTES:
Competitors MUST be valid members of their respective IDSF federations for all categories.

ENTRY FEES:
Standard & Latin : Per Couple - RM100.00 (non-refundable)

SPECTATOR TICKETS:

Day Events	RM25 per person, standing room
Evening Events	Dinners tickets are also available on first come, first serve basis at the following prices. Ringside (table of 10 persons) - RM 1200.00/RM 1000.00 2nd Row (table of 10 persons) - RM 800

Booking of hotel rooms at a special rates of RM 108.00 (inclusive breakfast for two) per room per night can be arranged through the Organiser on a non-refundable pre-paid basis.

AGE LIMITS
Age limits are taken during the calendar year 2009. For partnerships of different ages, the elder age will be taken into consideration:

Masters - both dancers must be aged 45

Club Affiliates are to submit their names to their respective Teacher-In-Charge, who will collate the necessary information and send to the SGDF by 21 November 2009.
