The Singapore DanceSport Team heading for the 13th Asian Games in Bangkok will comprise the following athletes:

In the Latin Event:
Robert Ong and Sabrina Sim
Chung Tying Chun and Susan Tang

In the Standard Event:
Ken Tan and Susan Lim
Goh Wee Giam and Kelly Goh

Team Manager:
Ng Geng Whye

Assistant Team Manager:
Susan Ng

        The Amateur Dance Sport Association (Singapore) is proud to present the DanceSport Team representing Singapore at the 13th Asian Games in Bangkok from 6 - 20 December 1998.  The team was selected based on the couples' ranking on the ADSA Ranking List as at 3 October 1998. 

        Accompanying the team to Bangkok will be ADSA President Ng Geng Whye and Secretary Susan Ng who will act as Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager respectively.  ADSA will also be sending Mr Shawn Tay who has been selected as a technical official for the DanceSport events at the Games.  Mr Shawn Tay is currently one of two Singaporeans who hold the IDSF Adjudicators A License.  The other being Mrs Gladys Tay. 
 
        The Team will leave for Bangkok on Saturday 5 December and will be joining the rest of the Singapore contingent at the Athletes Village in the Thammasat University Campus and also in the Official Opening Ceremony of the 13th Asian Games on Sunday 6 December at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Hua Mark. 

        We send our best wishes with them and hope they have a "medalful" Games.
