dancesport couples in Singapore who are not members of The Amateur Dance
Sport Association (Singapore) are required to register with the Association.
Registration fee is S$20.00 per couple per calendar year. Registration
forms are available from all dance studios and members of the Association.

available to him to further enhance himself...."
The Sports Medicine and Fitness Division of the Singapore Sports Council
(SSC) is organising a series of monthly talks and workshops aimed at increasing
the knowledge base of coaches and athletes on sports physiology, sports
nutrition, strength & conditioning, sports psychology etc.
These monthly talks are targeted at all national athletes and coaches as
part of continuing education. The following dates have been announced:
15th
Dec - Self-Confidence. An athlete's
best friend or greatest enemy?
15th
Jan - Optimizing your training intensity for
maximum strength gains.
Importance of aerobic fitness in sports.
12th
Feb - Why the performance difference in training
and in competition?
Carbohydrates: Are they all the same?
15th
Mar - The Kinetic Chain.
Anyone interested in attending these free talks and workshops are to register
with the Hon. Secretary before 10th December 1998.
